Total minutes pup walking: 170
Total minutes yoga: 180
Days of fail: January 8, 2009, due to soreness from falling in the snow and the need to buy a new pair of boots
Adventures in exercise: Gus finds a dead mouse
No really noticeable effects yet, other than an increased appetite, and some stiffness in the hips. One assumes the model-like form will take shape gradually, over time.
So far blogging my exercise has motivated me to keep it going, so I guess it was a good idea.
